4 Minute Steaks
2 Eggs, beaten
Flour
½ cup Olive Oil
1 Onion, sliced thinly
2 cup Beef Broth
2 tbsp Flour
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper steaks. Dip in eggs, dredge in flour, and pan fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Set aside. Saute onion for 5 minutes. Add broth and 2 tbsp flour. Stir well. Simmer 8-10 minutes until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over steaks and bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
