5 Cups Fresh Milled Einkorn Wheat
1/2 Tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups water
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Put freshly milled flour and salt in a bowl, set aside.

Put butter, coconut oil and honey in sauce pan on low heat. Once melted, turn off heat and add the water and the yeast; let sit for about 20 minutes until yeast is bubbly.

Pour it into the flour and salt mixture. Fold in until all flour is moist. Be sure not to over mix.

Cover and set in warm area for 30-40 minutes until it doubles in size.

Pour into an oiled and floured bread pan

Can smooth with a wet spatula if needed.

Let sit for another 30-40 minutes until it has risen.

Bake at 375 º for 30 40 minutes.
