*1 style Mex Style Meat
3-4 Monterrey Jack Cheese, grated
Corn Tortillas
*Sauce, enchilada or homemade

Meat:
4 lbs Beef, Chicken or Pork
Salt/Pepper
2 tbsp Oil
Onion
21 oz Green Chilies (3 cans)
2 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Cumin
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
5 oz Hot Sauce
¼ cup Water

Sauce:
1 tbsp Oil
½ cup Onion
3 clove Garlic
24 oz Tomato Sauce
8 oz Green Chilies
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Cumin
Hot Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
*You can cook this all day in the crock pot or stew on the stove for 2 hours til falling apart.

Roll meat and cheese up in tortillas. Cover with sauce and cheese. Bake at 350º until bubbly.
