10 flour Tortillas
6 big Chicken Breasts - boiled 30 minutes
8 oz Sour Cream
4 oz Green Chilies, chopped
Cheddar Cheese
Colby Cheese
2 (12 oz) cans Enchilada Sauce (I use medium)

Directions:
Directions:
Shred chicken and put in bottom of bowl. Add in sour cream, green chilies, and cheeses (save some for top). Mix all together. Add mixture in tortillas and roll. Pour one can of enchilada sauce onto bottom of 10x13" baking pan. Lay enchiladas on top. Cover with another can enchilada sauce. Add cheese on top. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes. Serves 8-10 people.
