1 (16oz) jar Picante Sauce or Salsa
7 cups chopped cooked Chicken
Onion, diced or flakes
2-2½ tsp ground Cumin
1½ tsp Oregano
1 tsp Salt
20 (8") Flour Tortillas
3 cups (12oz) Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1½ cup picante and next five ingredients in a pan and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring often. Spoon ½ cup mixture in center of each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Fold two sides in, overlapping them and fold ends to meet in center. Can freeze.

To bake:
Coat each chimichanga with cookie spray and place seam side down on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 425º. Then turn and bake another 8-10 minutes. Serve with toppings: guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, rotel.
