2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Shortening
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 cups Oats
1 tsp Vanilla
1 pkg Chocolate Chips
1 cup chopped Pecans
1 cup Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Set aside. Mix shortening and sugars, add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add flour mixture and mix well. Add oats, vanilla, chocolate chips, nuts and raisins. Bake on greased cookie pan or on parchment paper at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Makes 4-6 dozen.
