1 cup Shortening
2 Eggs
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
½ tsp Salt
1½ cup Sugar
2¾ cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
*2 tbsp Cinnamon and Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Roll in balls then in cinnamon sugar mix. Bake 8-10 minutes in 400º oven.
