1½ cup Flour + 3 Tbsps (can you GF Flour)
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp melted Butter
3 Tbsps Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Whisk milk into melted butter and pour over flour. Stir until combined. Dump into 9" pie pan. Starting with sides first, pat in an even layer, then press remaining dough into bottom of the pan. Prick bottom to bake for empty shell (cream pie) or fill with pie filling as per recipe and bake.
