1 stick Butter
2 cups Sugar
½ cup Milk
⅓ cup Cocoa (aristocrat is best!)
½ cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
3 cups Quick Oats
½ tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first four ingredients to a boil over medium heat and boil for one minute. I set a timer. Remove from heat and add quickly the peanut butter, vanilla, quick oats and salt. Drop on waxed paper and allow to cool.

1. I always time my minute of boiling...guessing doesn't work.
2. Use a "natural" peanut butter with palm shortening.
3. Get these down and you can turn them out FAST!
