1/2 stick butter
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 cup fruit (rhubarb, raspberries or peaches)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine in 8x8 inch square dish. In mixing bowl, stir in milk, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Pour mixture into baking dish. Pour fruit into the mixture, lightly arrange fruit to be fairly to be fairly even in dish. Bake 350º for approximately 45 to 60 minutes. If recipe is doubled, increase baking time.
