1¾ cup Flour
2 cups Sugar
¾ cup Cocoa
2 tsp Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 cup Coffee
1 cup Buttermilk
½ cup Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9x13x2" pan or two 9" pans for layering. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, baking powder and salt in mixer. Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat on medium for two minutes (batter with be thin). Pour batter in to pan(s). Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes for 9x13 or 30-35 minutes for layer pans, or until cake tester in center of cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely. Frost with frosting below.

Fluffy Cocoa Frosting
⅔ cup Cocoa
3½ cup Powdered Sugar
⅓ cup Milk
⅓ cup Butter
½ tsp Vanilla

Combine sugar and cocoa. Cream butter and ½ cup sugar/cocoa mix. Mix in blender until well blended. Gradually add milk and vanilla. Add remaining sugar/cocoa mix and beat until spreadable. Makes about two cups.
