1 (3 to 5 lb.) roast
1 -7 oz pkg. Italian Good Seasons
dry salad dressing
1 - 1 oz. pkt. au jus mix
1 - l0½-to 14 oz. can of beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock-pot. Sprinkle dry dressing mix and au jus on top of roast. Pour can of beef broth over
all. Set crock-pot on high for 1 hour, then lower temperature to low for 7 to 9 hours. Shred or slice roast and use juice for dipping sandwiches.
