Ingredients:	Ingredients: large white onion 4 cloves of garlic 2 boxes chopped spinach salt & pepper red pepper to taste 3 eggs meunster cheese (brick) 1 cup cottage cheese you pick: pie shell phyllo dough puff pastry roll

Directions:	Directions: 1. Take a large white onion and 4 cloves of garlic and chop. 2. Put in frying pan with a little olive oil and cook until clear. 3. Add 2 boxes of chopped spinach, salt, pepper and red paper flakes to taste (mom says make it hot, it is better!!) 4. Take off stove and cool. Grate a long brick of muenster cheese and one cup of cottage cheese. 5. Add to the spinach with 3 eggs and mix well. *If using phyllo dough, place 6 sheets on baking pan with melted butter in between. Add spinach and place 6 more sheets with butter in between each on top. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, or until light brown on top.
