5 ¾ cups water
1 pound chichi flour (same as garbanzo bean flour)
touch of salt


Directions:
Directions:
1. Put water in bowl - add flour. Continually break up with hands. Make sure there are no lumps. his may take 45 minutes, should be totally liquid

2. Place mixture in pot. Cook on medium heat, stirring very slowloy. Let mixture come to a boil, allow to get very thick.

3. Keep paste warm at all times in pot while preparing dishes. With a wooden spoon, put paste onto a flat dish (no rim...not to thick)

4. Do all dished...until mixture is all used.

5. Blow into corner to remove from dish. Cut into rectangles.

6. Deep fry in hot oil

It's good with a pinch of salt and in italian bread!
