Ingredients:  
3 packages chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

pound velveeta cheese, cut up
36 ritz crackers, crushed
cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix broccoli, velveeta and 1/2 crackers in bowl

3. Place in roasting pan (13 x 9)

4. Mix reamining ritz and butter and sprinkle over mixture

5. Bake for 45 minutes
