1 dozen eggs
12 cups four
3 cups sugar
1/2 pound crisco
Anise flavor (2 or more tsp.)
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, sugar and anise flavoring in one bowl.

2. Mix flour and crisco and a pinch of salt in another bowl.

3. Add egg mixture to the flour and mix together

4. Add a little flour while you are kneading the dough...you have to knead it alot (for like 20-25 minutes)

5. Break off a piece of dough and roll in like a rope

6. Wrap around wooden spoon

7. Deep fry in oil
