Ingredients:  
1 box yellow cake mix (and all the ingredients needed to actually make it)

2 pounds ricotta
½ cup sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Make the cake box mix as directed to make batter

2. Grease cake pan and pour in cake mix batter

3. Mix all the other ingredients well with a mixer.

4. Pour ricotta mixture on top of cake batter.

5. Place in oven at 350º for one hour

When the cake is cooled, sprinkle with sifted confectioners sugar
