*Parchment paper

2 large egg whites (not beaten)
2 tbs. flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 pound almond paste
¼ pound pine nuts (pignoli nuts) - in a bowl

Directions:
Directions:
1.Mix all ingredients together except nuts.

2. Shape into small balls. Flatten in nuts.

Bake on parchment paper at 350º for 10 minutes.

Use the best quality almond paste...get it at a bakery/restaurant depo as the one in the can you buy in grocery stores kind of sucks.
