5 whole eggs
2 cups flour
Pinch of salt
2 cups milk
½ cup butter
¼ cup sugar
Powdered sugar for topping
Crushed pineapple
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preaheat oven to 350º to 400º. Grease popover pans. Mix eggs with flour, salt and some milk and beat until smooth. Heat remaining milk and butter. Stir boiling milk with melted butter into batter. Fill custard cups half way with batter since it rises when bak no! Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from pan while still hot.

To serve: Tear popovers open and fill with crushed pineapple and whipped cream.
