4 cups water
2 cups cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tbs. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir ingredients together and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently, then lower heat to simmer and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let set, covered, for about 8 minutes. Stir again and serve as you wish. Serve with poultry and sauce,
Stuffed peppers, etc. it is also good as a breakfast cereal with milk.
