2 medium Cucumbers, peeled & thinly sliced
1 cup White Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
8 thin slices White Bread
Mayo
Cream Cheese, softened & whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Marinate cucumbers in vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper for at least one hour. Drain well. Spread mayo and cream cheese on slices of bread. Layer cucumber slices thinly on bread. Cut off crusts. Cut into four squares or triangles. Refrigerate to meld ingredients until serving.
