1 tbs. Tarragon leaves
2 tbs. sliced Shallots
½ cup white wine
½ cup orange juice
¼ to ½ lb. unsalted butter
¼ cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in saucepan. Simmer until reduced by half. Add heavy cream. Reduce heat. Whip in softened butter. Strain and adjust seasonings.
