1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
1 T. Baking Powder
1 t. Vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 ¾ cups milk
2 egg whites
½ cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl stir together flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl beat egg yolks slightly.
3. Add in 1 ¾ c. Milk, 2 egg yolks, vanilla, and ½ oil.
4. Beat an electric mixture 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold in egg whites. Don’t over-mix.
6. Stir waffle batter.
7. Lightly grease the waffle maker with cooking spray.
8. Pour ¾ cup batter onto preheated, lightly greased waffle iron.
9. Repeat with remaining batter.
10 Lift with fork to remove waffle.
