1 pkg. (8 oz. elbow macaroni)
½ tsp. Salt
2 T. Butter melted
1 ¾ c. Milk
⅓ cup bread crumbs
8 oz. Velveeta, cubed
2 T. Flour
⅛ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cook macaroni in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes.
3. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan. Blend in flour, stir in milk SLOWLY stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
4. Add seasonings, cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
5. Add macaroni and transfer to a greased 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top
6. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
7. Serve
