1 can black-eyed peas
1 can black beans
1 can mexi-corn
1 can white corn
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes with chilies
4 green onions, chopped
4 cloves of garlic chopped
1 small bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing, I use Wishbone Robusto Italian
Frito Scoops or Tortilla Chips

Drain and rinse the canned beans
Drain corn and tomatoes
Place beans, corn, and tomatoes in a bowl
Chop and Add green onions, and garlic
Add salad dressing and mix
Serve with Frito scoops or tortilla chips
