3 c Self Rising Flour
6 T Sugar
1 (12 oz) can of Beer, room temp
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and beer. Add egg and don't over stir roughly 25 times. Turn into a greased loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes at 350.

Make your own Self Rising Flour:
3 c. Flour
3 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
