3 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
3 Eggs
2 1/2 Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Almond extract
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 1/3 c. Salad Oil
2 T. Poppy Seeds

Glaze:
3/4 Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Almond extract
1/2 c Orange Juice
1 T. Butter - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and beat flour, salt, baking soda, eggs, sugar, almond extract, vanilla, milk, salad oil and poppy seed. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. May take longer, check with toothpick if it comes out clean, it done. Mix glaze ingredients and brush on bread while hot. Making muffins grease tins and bake until done roughly 25 minutes.
