1 loaf of Challah Bread
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs (large)
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Cut bread in cubes
2. Mix all wet ingredients together and pour over bread
3. Press down lightly so it gets soaked
4. Let it sit for 15 min.
5. Put in oven for 45 min.
6. Take out of oven and put maple syrup over the top and bake for 15 more min.
7. Finish with a powdered sugar and milk glaze
