Veal Scallopini Recipe

Veal or other beef cut paper thin (tip: cut meat against the grain)
2 eggs
cup cooking oil
garlic salt and salt to taste
Mushroom sauce:
2 small cans of mushrooms (drained) or equivalent fresh chopped mushrooms
⅓ cup butter
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp oregano
1 oz soy sauce
3 oz cooking sherry wine
fresh lime juice

Dip meat in an egg batter adding garlic and salt to taste then fry in oil in a skillet until browned. (doesn't take long)
Make sure to cook meat as individual slices on each side and can set aside until all are done.
Combine and heat mushroom sauce ingredients and pour over fried meat and serve.
Very savory and tender...almost melts in your mouth!
