1 1/2 c. butter (3 sticks), softened
3/4 c. sugar
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour a cup at a time. (is stiff)
Press into 9 x 15 pan. Can stamp with design in rows.
Bake at 325 for 35 minutes.
Cut into squares while hot!
Can brush with tinted lightly beaten egg white when warm.
