7/8 c. of Rice Flour
1 c. of Milk
1 Egg
1 tsp. of Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together - blend well. Melt butter in hot pan. Pour in batter and swirl around to make pancake flatter. It will cook better. Wait until pancake is almost dried out, and flip. Stir mix in between pancakes. Add butter as pan dries out. Makes about 6 pancakes. Add favorite topping: maple syrup, jellies, brown sugar, fruit, etc.
