½ cup Shortening
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 cups Flour
Pinch of Salt
¾ cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Stir in eggs one at a time. [In a separate bowl] Add baking powder with flour and salt, and mix with shortening, sugar and egg mixture alternatively with milk. Add vanilla.

Bake at 375º for 20-30 minutes.
