2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Do not preheat oven.

Crack eggs in a bowl.

Add milk, flour, salt and mix well with spoon. (batter will be lumpy)

Fill greased muffin or popover tins 1/2 to 3/4 full.

Put in cold oven and set for 425 degrees F.

Bake for 30 minutes. No peeking!

Serve hot from oven.
