Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

1 Cup milk
1 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a small microwave safe bowl,
Stir first 3 ingredients together
Add slowly the milk until all mixed together
Add butter and microwave on high for 1 min.
Stir and microwave for 1 min. more
Repeat until thick

Personal Notes:

Add 2 hard boiled eggs sliced after white sauce is thickened for an egg sauce.
or
Add 2 slices of am. cheese for a cheese sauce. [may need to add a bit more milk for this]
