6 - 7 Granny Smith apples, sliced
1 C. Sugar
2 T. Flour
1 1/2 t. Cinnamon
5 or 6 Tabs of butter
2 Pie dough crusts
2 T. milk (on top of crust)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apples, sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl and put in bottom pie crust. Add 5 tabs of butter on top of apple mixture. Add top crust and slice vents in crust with a knife.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Coat top with milk. Great with ice cream!
