1/2 stick of butter
1 Cup of sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 Cup broken pecans
1 unbaked 8" pie shell

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add vinegar, vanilla, and pecans. Beat well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 30-35 minutes.
