2 sm box Lime Jello
4 c water & pineapple juice
2 sm cans crushed pineapple (drain & use with water above)
6 oz cream cheese
2 c mini marshmallows
1/2 c chopped pecans


24 Servings:
3 sm box Lime Jello
6c water & pineapple juice
20oz crushed pineapple (drain & use with water above)
8oz cream cheese
3c mini marshmallow
1c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
(Set out cream cheese to soften while you are preparing jello mixture.)

Boil water and pineapple juice. Add jello and stir till dissolved. Then add marshmallows and stir until dissolved.
After it cools a little put in the refrigerator and partially gel it.
After partially gelled, chop up cream cheese into small chunks and add to jello. Add the crushed pineapple and pecans and stir until mixed. Fold in Cool Whip.

Refrigerate for several hours.
