1 package (20 ounce) Ghiradelli Brownie Mix
⅓ c. water
3 eggs
⅓ c. vegetable oil
⅔ c. sugar
Dark chocolate, melted
16 oz. cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
2. Beat mix, water, oil, and 1 egg until moistened.
3. Lightly grease a 9x13 metal pan (or use parchment paper instead).
4. Spoon into 9x13 inch pan.
5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar on low speed until smooth.
6. Add 2 eggs to the cream cheese mixture and beat until blended.
7. Spread evenly over brownie batter.
8. Bake 40-45 minutes.
9. Let cool
10. Use a plastic knife to cut into 24 squares, and decorate with melted chocolate if desired.
11. Store covered in the refrigerator.
