1 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
½ Cup Molasses
4 Cups Flour
4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Ground Ginger
2 tsp cinnamon powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, sugar, eggs, and molasses in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Stir the dry ingredients into the sugar mixture until well combined. Roll dough into small balls and roll in extra sugar.

Bake on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper at 350º for 7 minutes per batch batch. Allow to cool completely.
