1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped fine
1/4 cup bamboo shoots (optional but I used)

1 Tbl soy sauce
1/4 tsp. DARK soy sauce

1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbl. Rice WIne(optional)
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp.white or rice vinegar
a little but of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the sauce ingredients together and blend well. Saute the ground meat, until pink. Remove from pan. Saute all of the veggies together, then put the half-cooked ground meat back in the pan (with veggies) to continue cooking. Add the sauce and cook through. If mixture seems too wet, add a Tbl. of cornstarch to some of the liquid in pan (separately) and mix well. Add cornstarch mix to pan and cook; mixture should thicken up. Serve warm surrounded by lettuce leaves for wrapping.
