8 cups applesauce
4 cups sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp allspice
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cloves
Directions:
Directions:
put apples on with a little water on stove and boil till apples cooked
mash and remove seeds and skin

stir all ingredients together in crock pot
cook uncovered
6 to 7 hours
isn't necessary to stir it


put in jars and seal

water bath 10 min
