2 cups light sweet cream
1 ½ cups sugar
2 packages unflavored gelatin
1 cup cold water
½ tsp salt
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
Frozen raspberries, defrosted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat sweet cream and sugar in double boiler until lukewarm.
2. Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
3. Add gelatin to cream mixture and stir, then chill in refrigerator.
4. In a separate bowl, lightly beat together sour cream, vanilla, and salt.
4. When gelatin mixture starts to thicken, remove from refrigerator and fold in sour cream mixture.
5. Pour into mold and refrigerate overnight.
6. Unmold and serve topped with thawed frozen raspberries.
