1 lb ground beef (you can also you ground deer meat too, or both)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 carrots, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or use 1 T. of minced which equals 2 cloves
1 poblano chile, seeded and chopped
1 small green bell pepper
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 can (15 oz) seasoned tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with jalapenos regular
1 can (15 oz each) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (15 oz) dark red and light red kidney beans
1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans
1 can (15 oz) chilli beans
1 can white shoepeg corn
1 can yellow corn
6 tablespoon chili powder
2 cups beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

shredded Cheddar cheese

Chopped jalapeņo chiles, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan, cook beef with oil, 3 T. chili powder, carrots, onion, garlic and peppers over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; add tomato paste,
add, the beans, corn, the other 3 T. of chili powder, broth, salt and pepper.
Reduce heat to medium.
Simmer uncovered or on keep warm setting, you can also use crock pot and keep warm and to soak in the juices
serve with sour cream and cheese if desired
