1 Tbs olive oil
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 - 1 1/2 Tbs water
1-2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced (OR ½ tsp dried)
¼ tsp sea salt or to taste
¼ tsp black pepper or to taste
1 (19 oz) can cannelloni beans, rinsed & drained

Directions:
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, sauté 1 min. or until lightly browned (do not overcook). Place garlic mixture, lemon juice, & remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Spoon into a bowl, cover, & chill. Serve with toasted pita wedges or veggies.
