2 cups Colby jack/cheddar cheese
1-2 jalapeno(s), minced
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 can Mex. corn, drained
¼ cup chopped green pepper ½ tsp onion powder
½ cup light sour cream
½ cup light mayo
salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Mix well and chill (min. 2 hours before serving) serve with favorite corn chips.
