2 8 oz pkg cream cheese (can use light), room temp.
cup unsalted butter, room temp
bunch green onions, chopped tsp garlic salt
1 small can black olives, chopped (+/- to taste)
cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except nuts. Form into ball or log shape. Roll in nuts. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for min. of 2-3 hours. Serve with crackers or pita chips. Have fun exchanging different ingredients to make it your own.
