1 pkg Stuffing mix for Chicken or Turkey
1 ˝ C hot water
40 fresh mushrooms (2#)
2 Tbs butter 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg frozen, chopped spinach–thawed/drained
1 C mozzarella cheese
1 C Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix stuffing & hot water. Remove mushroom stems, chop stems & set aside. Melt butter in skillet. Add stems & garlic, cook & stir until tender. Add to stuffing w/ spinach & cheeses; mix well. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Place in shallow greased baking dish. Bake 20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
