12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1½ c. milk
½ c mayonnaise
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
Coursely shredded lettuce
Thinly sliced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease pie plate, 10X1½ inches. Layer bacon and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes and, if desired, additional bacon and mayonnaise.
