12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. milk
c mayonnaise
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
Coursely shredded lettuce
Thinly sliced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10X1 inches. Layer bacon and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes and, if desired, additional bacon and mayonnaise.
