⅔ c. chopped onion
⅓ c. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1½ c. milk
¾ c. Bisquick baking mix

Sauce:
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
¼ c. water
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
½ tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. dried basil leaves
¼ tsp. pepper

Toppings:
¼ c. Parmesan cheese
3½ oz. Pepperoni, sliced
⅓ c. chopped onion
½ c. chopped green pepper
1 to 1½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 425º. Grease pie plate, 10X1½ inches. Sprinkle ⅔ cup onion and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese in plate. Beat eggs, milk and baking mix into smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake 20 minutes. Spread sauce over top. Layer remaining ingredients on sauce. Bake until cheese is light brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
Sauce: Mix 1 can tomato paste, 1/4 cup water, 1 teaspoons oregano leaves, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
