2 c sugar
1 c oil
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c shredded zucchini
3 c flour
tsp baking soda
tsp salt
tsp ginger
cloves
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, and zucchini. Add in flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon. Pour mixture into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
